Most of the things I wanted were actually in stock, which I appreciated. The only downside was that one dress I had my eye on was sold out, but overall the ordering process was simple. For the most part, I’d say it’s a solid shopping experience.

I was fully bracing myself for one of those dramatic “what I ordered vs. what I got” moments, but thankfully, that never happened. It looked pretty much like the photos, just with the colors a little softer in person.

I reached out to customer service about my order and ended up waiting days to hear back. To be fair, I get that teams can get busy, but when they finally replied, the answer didn’t really help much. It felt like I was being ignored most of the time. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

I got a blouse and skirt from 42lolita and the fabric was nicer than I thought it would be. It’s not scratchy at all and the lace feels soft. The skirt is a little thinner then it looked in the photos, but it still looks cute on. For the price I think the quality is good, so yeah I’m happy with it.

Tracking worked, but updates were slow. My package showed nothing for days, then suddenly moved. Customer service did reply when I asked. Not bad overall, just a little nerve-wracking.

I’d say the prices on 42lolita are decent overall. Some pieces were actually cheaper than what I’ve seen on other sites, which was nice, but the shipping definitely adds up and made me think twice a little. It’s not exactly a super cheap place to shop, but I also didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. I have kind of mixed feelings, but if I found something I really loved, I’d probably buy from them again

The style is cute, I’ll give it that, but it definitely doesn’t look the same as it does in the photos. Come on now, I was expecting it to match a little more closely.

I don’t know, every time they replied I felt like I had to read it twice and still didn’t really understand what they were trying to say. It was like they answered, but not actually to the thing I asked, and then I’d end up more confused than before

I knew it was a preorder, so I expected some waiting, but this took months longer than I thought it would. The updates were slow too, and honestly, like, I kept checking and then just gave up for a while, I don’t think I’d do a preorder from them again

Checkout was easy enough once I got there, so it’s not a bad site overall, but it definitely could be smoother.

The dress was cute at first glance, but I wasn’t totally comfortable with it once I looked closer. The tags and fabric didn’t feel quite right to me, and for the price, I expected more confidence that it was authentic. Not saying for sure, but I’d definitely be careful and double-check before buying.
